Clueless poorly trained parts staff that are rude to deal with. You have to supply part numbers or expect the wrong parts over and over. Larry is a frequently rude and argues with his wife in front of customers.

Larry is an honest down to earth asset for Dufferin County. I purchase my equipment from him and he and his staff who are courteous and friendly always do an excellent job. He even serviced my Yamaha golf cart. If you are buying Skidoos, chainsaws ATVs or other equipment you should check out Larrys

Called to request price to put tire on scooter rim (10" rims, 13x3.25" tires.) I was quoted @ $20 per tire, total $40 plus tax. I brought tires and rims in for installation and requested replacement of one valve stem as well. When I returned for pick up, I was charged $40 per tire for installation and $17 for a valve stem (list price for this valve stem is $8.95.) With tax total bill was $112 dollars. (More than double phone quote.) Manager refused to address this, I will not return.
