The whole set up was fantastic. Beautifully presented and dressed and with refreshingly attentive staff. We also had a sit down meal which was again fantastic. I'm vegan and wheat intolerant and the food they provided for me was wonderful. I felt really comfortable earing everything and was well looked after throughout. If you are considering having a wedding or other event, this is definitely one to book.
From planning to execution, our daughter's bat mitzvah celebration was seamless. The staff, food, venue and overall vibe were beyond our wildest expectations. We chose ZB because we wanted to work with ZB and once again they delivered perfection. Thank you so much and we can't wait for the next simcha!!!
My wife and I used Zuchter Berk to cater a dinner on the Friday night prior to our wedding. The dinner was on Friday July 1st so everything was closed for Canada Day. The ordering experience over the phone with the customer service was great, and everything went downhill from there... When the food arrived (about 2 hours late), there was no cutlery or plates which we ordered and paid for, one of 2 challahs (of which we ordered 2 and required for a shabbat meal), and the Mediterranean platter we
Everything was fantastic!!& delicious at our children’s wedding! Everyone was so impressed with the meal. Everything was beautiful, delicious, tasty and beautifully presented. What more could we expect??? The dessert made a huge impact. You and your team were an absolute delight to work with. From our first meeting, I had no doubt that everything would be wonderful, tasteful and efficiently taken care of. I knew we were in great hands! With much appreciation to all!!
Very smooth and nice at the pre-sales stage but followed with poor execution especially if they cater multiple events at the same time. Food was merely slapped on the table without any professional presentation. Food stations began to be depleted shortly after commencement of the meal. Guests were restricted to taking limited portions. Hors D’ouevres were not ready on time. We went to the kitchen numerous times and asked the staff to bring food out. Many items were not supplied as agreed upon
