Sometimes you have to wait BUT it's well worth it! Fresh chicken EVERY TIME, unlike other places that serve you 10 hour old chicken. Some people just come here so starving, they have no patience to wait for a new batch.
Let me start by saying that this place should immediately get shut down. The workers are far too interested with each other to serve any customers. I had to wait a good twenty minutes to get their attention, then it took another 30 minutes for my food to be prepared. Also when i ordered a chicken sandwich, there seemed to be a dead fly in the sandwich which extremely disgusted me, so i just gave it back to them, and continued with my fries. Then there was a hair in my fries, and they were very stale because as the lady said, they hadnt changed the oil in the frier for 4 days. Ew disgusting. Then i went to ask for my money back, infuriated, but the man said that i simply "complain too much", what happened to the customer is always right? Therefore i simply could not handle it anymore, and this isnt how a customer should be treated, therefore i go back to my point of why it should be shut down.
