Service advisor ALIANA LASTORIA and Service manager ED CUMSA. Went in to have winter tires put on vehicle.I signed paperwork at end to receive my vehicle after work completed. Realize I was charged for oil change also. When I complained, I was told by manager I should have read paperwork before signing it because it is a legal document. After twenty years buying and servicing my vehicles at Downsview I am finished. They were rude and so out of place. They were wrong but found a way to blame me.

Bought my Ram 1500 for my company from Ben. The entire staff though were very straightforward throughout the whole process and made it easy. Definitely will be back for my next purchase which I'm hoping will be a new Jeep Wrangler for myself.

Sales won't give you a quote unless you want to book the car on that same day. Fake promises. And they can't even get me the car they sold me. First they said they can do a factory order which takes 2 or 3 months. But now they say they can't even do that. They'll give my deposit back. What kind of dealership does that. Lot of other dealers who can give value for your time and money.

I was told to bring my car in for warranty work at 7:30 in the morning and , at 9:30 I was told they could not get to the job today I would have to leave it all day. I work for a living like everybody else and you just wasted two hours of my time, I get paid $100-$200 an hour how am I going to remake that? I am absolutely disgusted by the lack of service. And will not bring my car back
