Worse experience ever ?

Excellent service. Very knowledgeable. Service man explained the problem and fixed it. Couldn't ask for more. Very professional and honest. I'll use them again

Worse repair company out they're.. Just takes your money and doesn't intend to fix it right the first time.

paid for a service call. Didn't fix issue and had same issues with dryer later that same day and went back to not working again within a week. Tried calling within 48 hrs of his service visit and continued to try to contact him for over a week and never returned one single call. Now have to find someone else to fix what he couldn't and pay again to get it fixed. TERRIBLE Customer service and will NEVER use again.
