Expressway Motors

My car made a loud noise so I drove emediatly to the garage. I was looked after right away. I am 83 years old and I had my handycapped son with me. Instead of me having to go out to the car and helping my son in, the young man took him by the arm and helped him into the waiting room. The also did an oil change so that I would not have to make another trip. Very emmpressed.

Just purchased my first vehicle from expressway and couldn't be happier with the service we received! All the staff we dealt with were great and went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met! Would highly recommend to anyone!

Usually I have no issues with the service department at Expressway Ford New Hamburg, but my recent visit was a bit frustrating. I had booked service in for a certain time but they had taken other cars in before mine so were running behind. I had originally asked how long it would take and planned to wait when they said 30-40 mins, but it ended up being over 2 hours.

Expressway Ford New Hamburg service is 100x better than Stratford's. It's worth the extra drive !!
