The absolute worst internet provider you choose. You receive on average 5-10% of the speeds you pay for, customer service is a joke. I have contacted them countless times they supposedly make “changes on their end” which do nothing. If anyone else is available in your area even xplornet I would suggest skipping the falcon net
Horrible customer service and extremely unprofessional.
I have been calling for a week and the email confirmation keeps getting "lost in email". Finally set up an appointment to come out and install and they never showed up.
After finally being in touch again, he tried to tell me that I was "crazy" and had in fact been talking with them throughout this process. He seemed delusional about conversations we have never had.
Currently "looking into things".. haven't heard from them in 4 days.
