Partex handled our major renovation in a very professional manner. Their presentation, contract and transparent process was very distinct from other builders.
Andrew’s attention to detail and communication skills were excellent during the entire project.

Partex did a wonderful job of designing and building our 2nd floor addition.
We worked together for over 10 months getting through design, zoning variances, permit and all the construction.
Partex also did very well with our kitchen and bath designs, as well as a great deal of help with colors and lighting.
Choosing Partex Design Build Ltd for my addition project was an excellent decision. Their team provided innovative ideas and demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship throughout the entire process. The new space seamlessly blended with my home's layout, exceeding my expectations.
Terrible experience. After a year, for what contract stated would take about 3 months, City Inspector issued an Order To Comply to this contractor as interim inspections were missed. Contractor would not remove drywall to allow City to inspect structure. Subsequent inspections made after we ended our relationship with this contractor resulted in a long list of re-work that we have to pay for on top of the large amount of $ already paid to Par-Tek. It was an awful experience.

We hired Andrew Parker to demolish our back patio, cellar room, and back entrance to our house. He’s awesome. We didn’t have a clear idea of the extent of the work we originally wanted done, but he patiently walked us through our options with his significant and clear experience as our guide. He’s amiable and a seasoned professional. What he understands so well is the balance between ideal and price, and he sensitively navigated our needs and preferences while respecting our budget.
I entered into a contract with Par-tek Construction 1 year ago. The reviews were good and his responses by e-mail or phone were quick. We signed an agreement to begin work on converting a carport into a garage, for design work and the permit, and I made several payments.
When we finally seemed close to starting, he abruptly terminated our arrangement. He said we did not have a signed contract for this part of the work. I hope my story guides you to a better contractor than I found.
My wife and I recently engaged Par-Tek to design, permit and construct an extensive main floor renovation and second floor project. They were brilliant.
Their detailed budget included the entire scope of work, design, engineering (to remove most walls and install new beams for our open concept main floor), coupled with lots of solid advice regarding sourcing materials, finishes, colors, textures etc.
We will certainly be calling Par-Tek again for our next project.
