Every time I come here, they DESTROY my hair. The first time I came here, she bleached my hair and it came out looking yellow. I regretted it right away. The second time I came, I went in for a haircut and the blonde arabic lady kept yelling and complaining in arabic because I wanted to dye my hair. She ended up dying it a chocolate brown which was nice the first few days but it faded very quickly. She also cut my hair way too short and I regret it because I had really long hair. I felt awful

Great place! I have been doing my hair At Joseph’s for years! Not only it offers great cuts and styles but have excellent customer service! I’m usually very picky when it comes to haircut but I always leave this place satisfied. I Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a fantastic result!

Came back to Joseph’s after a long time. They had a major renovation since my last visit and the place looks amazing! I had moved out of the area and tried a few salons for my highlights but have never been happy. I have a big event coming up So I made the long drive Erin Mills shopping centre to the best in blonde! The staff were so welcoming and remembered me. Left super happy feeling like a million bucks..will definitely make the drive in the future.

I came in with my hair totally ruined because I dyed it at home and I didn’t think it was fixable and I had kinda and she was so understanding and there was no doubt she couldn’t fix it. she was very nice and did and amazing job. I would definitely recommend Josephs

Best service ever! I got the colour that I always wanted!! The products they use are higher quality. I got full hair highlight and because of the products the hairdresser use my hair is still looking great. Ask for Joseph or Sam!!

Joseph is amazing with colour and always listens to what I want. The management always ensures that all clients leave satisfied. The salon is newly renovated, clean, modern and accessible. A well managed and customer focussed business.

So far, Ive had no trouble. I go do my hair only at their place and it is probably the only hair salon Ive ever went to in all my years of living here. Also, the staff here are nice and friendly.

I have to say absolutely best service ever not only did I have no complaints my hair is difficult to get right and it was done perfectly no problems and the staff are extremely nice I would recommend to everyone the price is excellent and I'll never go anywhere else!! Joseph is amazing ask for him!!!
