These guys are horrendous!
If it wasn't for the fact they are apparently the ONLY option for Samsung mobile device repair they couldn't possibly survive.
Taking over a month to return any of my half dozen phones calls, continuously refusing to clarify costs, and overall being HORRIBLE ambassadors of the Samsung brand make me really wonder how Samsung Canada chooses their authourized repair centers.
