Jennifer who I believe is manager went above and beyond her call of duty, l went in to get an up grade to my mobile hub (internet) to find I had to go through Bell so Jennifer even though she was not getting anything out of this got me the mobile hub I needed even though the person on the other end of the line tried to send me a hub that was inferior to what I should have.Hats off to Jennifer for going to bat for me.
