Luciani Shoe Repair

went there 3 times. First time, did a decent job. Second time, ruined my Christian Louboutin shoes. Third time, paid $30 for sole replacement and re-glue top of wedge heel shoes...they forgot what was to be repaired, I came back 4 hours later; however only half was repaired, he forgot to glue the shoe, he proceeded to stick a screwdriver and pry open the wedge, put a glob of glue and said dont worry, it dry by tomorrow. needless to say there is glue all over my wedge shoe.

was very pleased that I could walk in and asked when I needed it by. I really wanted it done asap. Was told to come back in half and hour and it was done well. Very pleased.

I've come here a few times, and definitely will not be returning. I brought in a pair of open toe Guess platform sandals. The needed some glueing as the top was coming apart from the side where it is inserted. I brought them in, paid for the repair, and then noticed without even wearing them that they were actually still coming apart. This man did not do the repair I had requested. I paid upfront for work that wasn't done. When I told him he "fixed" something that didn't need repair he proceeded to yell at me that the repair I wanted would have cost more. He's the one that gave me the initial cost. I told him he should have done what I asked him to do. Again he yelled and called me stupid and told me to leave. I will never use this shoe repair again. He was rude and I didn't get the service I requested.

Poor Service

I had a very poor experience with Luciani Shoe Repair. My shoes were not done on time when promised, the price wasn't what was agreed upon and the service provided was not quality. Not sure if there was something lost in translation as the person there could speak little english but I would not recommend Luciani Shoe Repair. On top of it all he was extremely rude when I was upset that I was not getting the service that I had requested and expected.
