Black pants that don’t stay black, nursing clothes that look like pajamas, and bathing suits that fall apart after a few washes; these are the difficulties that many pregnant women and new moms encounter when looking for maternity and nursing clothes. It even happened to Natalie, owner of Luna Maternity & Nursing, when she was pregnant with her first child.
As a pregnant woman’s body changes, it can be a challenge to find fashionable, flattering and quality maternity clothing that don’t cost a fortune. “I had a wedding to go to and being eight months pregnant, I had to travel the four corners of the GTA every day on my lunch to find something to wear,” says Natalie. “I looked everywhere but couldn’t find a suitable dress. What I ended up buying cost hundreds of dollars and I still didn’t feel good or even feel like myself.”
These first-hand experiences launched Natalie headfirst into the land of retail. She opened Luna Maternity & Nursing, exactly the kind of store she knew pregnant women and new moms everywhere would benefit from.
I really enjoyed my experience with Luna Maternity. I found that their customer service is great!! I've ordered from them online and haven't had any issues. One top didn't fit properly and the exchange was seamless. I am also so happy to have found such a big selectiom of seraphine maternity in Canada. I totally recommend shopping at Luna and love the fact that I can shop online and still feel that I'm getting great customer service!!
It's not just one person who is unsatisfied with you and your service and your overpriced items there are many but only two sofar decided to write. You the owner do not deserve to be in buisiness.
DO NOT USE THIS STORE. Sales oriented rude salespersons. Extreamly bad service, and over priced on average quality items. Save your money and headache and shop at with a peace of mind somewhereelse. These people have no clue how to deal woth customers.
