They blame you for a taxi not showing up. They ask you to GPS as they don't know directions. They get angry if use visa because it charges them a dollar.
Staff drivers are professional and courteous. I never need to tell any more directions because they already know where to go. One guy helped us out after we were caught in the rain - no extra charges and lent us some raingear. Cheers Yellow TAxi
Excellent service, very personable staff. I even had an incident where my mother overpaid for the fare with cash and when I contacted them they spoke to the driver and it was verified what she paid and they brought me back the proper change at which time the driver was given a good tip for being so honest. I would not call any other company when travelling around town.
On Dec.31/10, this driver pulled out in front of me on Oxford Street, proceeded to drive very slowly and then a block later, at the mosque, stopped to allow cars to exit. Now, if traffic had stopped, no problem; however, it had not and he allowed approx. 6 or 7 cars to exit the driveway. He then proceeded and stopped at the second driveway at the mosque and proceeded to allow several more cars to exit onto Oxford. I am all for being courteous, but to me, when you do what he did regardless of the cars behind him (not just me) getting annoyed and honking at him, that is being discourteous to us. If this is indicative of the drivers in your company, then I will certainly never call on you for a cab.
