I’ve never had a problem with any of the staff. The cashiers make friendly conversation and the pharmacists will make sure to pull you aside for a talk if they are concerned about something. It’s a nice feeling.
Staff is not very professional, you could say rude and uncaring.
Is there a "0" star option? This place is an absolute disaster, and the staff is incompetent at best. Not only do they have an inherent lack of knowledge and respect, but I consistently wait over 45 minutes for prescriptions that I call in days in advance. I have never written an online review but I felt that this needed to be said. DO NOT patronize this business, you will definitely regret your decision.
This is a very poor pharmacy. Very disorganized and unprofessional. I would suggest if any issues go to management or contact the pharmacy college
SEVEN times in the last 2 months this pharmacy has misplaced prescriptions for my family. Seven!! Our GP and our Paediatrician have said we should use another branch or go to Shoppers because these people are unorganized fools. It's incredibly frustrating! Rexall/PharmaPlus should be ashamed of this franchise.
New Management is much better - staff are happier and the store conditions are improving. Way to go!!!
This pharmacy unfortunately has gone to the dogs!! It is under new management and they are not professional or knowledgable, they think they are running a gas station or a variety store,no one knows what they are doing, I keep going back hoping to straighten out my issues with 3 important, life saving medications and each and every one has screwed up...I thought a pharmacy was supposed to be ran by medical experts. I will def be changing pharmacies...DO NOT GO TO REXAL ON ADELAIDE AND FANSHAW.
