    Our experience with Hyde Park Plumbing was terrible & I would NOT recommend their services. The office representatives dealing with customers are rude, dismissive, condescending, and unresponsive. We were billed an invoice for services provided on someone else's home and rather than rectify the situation, their staff called collections. It took 4 calls for the manager to finally cancel the incorrect invoice. No initial apology was issued, just a 'miscommuncation". Unfortunate situation.

    I am very lucky that this company was able to solve a difficult plumbing situation for us after it because clear that the situation was too challenging for many other companies. They are friendly, fair, honest, and very hard working.
