Absolutely FANTASTIC service. From the moment I called to the moment I picked up my car, everyone was extremely professional, kind and respectful. I went in to get one of my tires patched as it had a nail in it, and they were able to get the car in, fixed, and out in less than half an hour. Excellent service... and I will 100% be going back for ANY/ALL tire related issues :-) Thanks to everyone at the Wharncliffe location!!
I deal with these guys regularily because they always treat you like a first class customer all the time. Tires, oil changes, maintenance, whatever. They are straight shooters.
Prices are really good but more importantly they know their product and stand behind it especially manufacturer's defects etc.
Workmanship is consistent too, I'm real picky about how people treat my car and hate it when wheels don't balance (ahem Costco). But it's always been good at Hanfords.
I'd recommend them to anybody whether you know alot about cars or just need some honest advice.
