I am very unsatisfied with the service I have received. You didn’t follow through with the agreed job. First, I hired you to install my taps on my bathtub and you forgot to install a pipe long enough and threaded to fit the specific tap I asked to be installed. Second, you failed to find and repair the leak you left my bathtub with.
Hotwater tank needed a mix valve replacement - Denis came out at 4:30 on a Friday before the Long weekend so my family could have hot water! That is customer service!
Neglected to come out to look at my water system to see what I already had installed after saying the would. Arrived over 5 hours late to install water softener. Removed a large filter I already had before my softener and installed one half the size. When I questioned this they lied and said it would flow as well and filters would last as long as what I already had. I confirmed this with the water lab. When I replace our water heater we will not call D&S
