Best pizza ever ! - Boston pizza once delivered me a burnt one , then asked i come in to show the bill and replace it .. How rude - Not Vinnys - Its the best cheesiest yummiest pizza I've ever tasted . ! period
The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The cashier would not give us our food after we paid and showed him a receipt for the meal. I have also heard of this occurring with multiple friends on multiple different occasions. Unless you want to be treated like trash do not go here

do not order from here i waited two hours for my pizza and by time it got here the delivery guy was rude and they gave me the wrong dips and my one pizza was brunt like black brunt my garlic bread was brunt and hard and cold ! Never ordering from there again ! I have gone to this place several times and its always been amazing ... So I ordered for delivery tonight and will never order from there again. It took 2 hours to get to me when I live a couple blocks away when it did the pizza was hard as a Rock and cold, no garlic bread came short 3 dips and kinda a big thing when you don't get your Mariana for mozeralla sticks, no bottle of water and short two pops. I don't care how busy you are this is not good business. Will never shop there again and will tell people as well.
I love getting slices from here, they are huge and I usually put the BBQ sauce on it MMMMmmmmmmmm Im going to grab one tonight and upload a pic!!!
possibly the worst pizza I have ever had. took over an hour for delivery, I asked for mushrooms and light cheese (mildly lactose intolerant) and got normal cheese and OLIVES blegh. I had a $20 coupon from Teambuy and it seemed they jacked up the price because of it. $43 for 2 pizzas 4 pops and 3 dipping saauces? nice. I'll never eat here again.
Great Pizza and great service. Always fresh and tasty. we order every Friday two large Pizza and we love it. Hot sauce is delicious over the pizza
Not sure how these guys are for in-restaurant eating, but do NOT ever order late night delivery with these guys! Every excuse possible for an order being over 1/2 hour late (pizza was barely warm enough to eat when arrived). Very argumentative over the phone when we expressed our displeasure, worst customer service we've ever encountered. Ever. We ordered ham and cheese pizza, got chicken. We ordered 2 cans Coke, got 1 can Coke and 1 Sprite. (which was even more late as the driver didn't give them to us with our pizzas). Oh, and we were expected to pay full price for this. Other places would at least give a discount or credit for the inconvenience. Not sure how this business survives.
really bad service: delivery took a whole hour. also the delivery guy was not the nicest. pizza and wings were good though. there were a lot of toppings on the pizza, not stingy at all.
I usually drive by this place after work but luckily I was able to finally go into this place with my friends. I ordered the meat pizza slice with BBQ sauce. It looked very nice and I've never seen it before at other pizza places. It was decent. The pizza slicees were hugeee and they reheated it with the stove and cut it in half. It was very filling. I even noticed that the guy gave me the bigger piece out of the other slices so that was a bonus :). I wish I was there on a Tuesday so I can get the big slice for $2 bucks, but on regular days it was around 3 dollars. Still pretty good!
If you think that this restaurant is based on an obnoxious, lacklustre and unhelpful mythical relative, then Cousin Vinny's definitely lives up to its name. They didn't have the pizza toppings that I wanted and ordering a salad was not even open for consideration. The order-taker was terse and unhelpful. Better yet, the order arrived and it was still wrong. To top it all off, the pizza was substandard with too much tomato sauce, too few toppings and a tasteless crust. Stay away from this restaurant - even if Cousin Vinny threatens to break your leg.

I ve never been to the actual location, but I called for delivery. Granted, it was late, although I was assured it would be at my place "40 min. or its free" just like any respectable pizza company. After waiting 40 min. I called the company again, to double check that my order was on it's way, only to find out that the driver had been given the wrong address even though I had spelt my street name phonetically. The driver eventually showed up 1hr 20min after ordering, and upon demanding my meal free, as I was assured, the driver refused not only to honor the agreement, but also refused to give me the name of a manager, supervisor, owner etc. Needless to say, I will be going to the location tommorrow in order to speak with someone in charge...
I have visited Cousin Vinny's often when I was working in the area. Their pizza is a little inconsistent. Since I go in for slices I have to order what looks fresh. Many times they have slices which have obviously sat for a long time under the heat lamps and have turned to slabs of rubber. When you do get fresh pizza from them it is delicious, the sauce is wonderful and toppings are plentiful. Buying it by the slice you get a very large piece very cheaply. The staff generally seems unhappy and not very excited, though I'm not sure I blame them! The actual restaurant is a bit shabby looking, dark, and cheap. In the summer they keep the bay door open to let light in which makes the place a little less depressing looking.
They have this thing called a 'Mile-High Montreal smoked meat sandwich'. I was sooo excited to try it, because I thought it would be bigger than my face. When I finally got it, it (unfortunately) was not bigger than my face. However, it was probably one of the tastiest sandwiches I ever had . I love this place ! ps: another one of my favorite things about Vinny's is that they put barbecue sauce on their meat pizza! That's the coolest thing ever !
If I am in the downtown core, I almost always make a stop in at Vinny's. The pizza place is very close to the best place in town to grab a walk in slice. They have a nice assortment of flavours, and it is always fresh when I go. The pizza is tasty as all get out, and the toppings can be insanely generous.Tuesdays are a great deal as the huge slice is only $2. I get the Canadian and I add extra BBQ sauce which they have available to put on my crust. I've never had to wait more than a minute or two, and the service has always been good. In fact, in my last visit , the owner made sure everything was tasty and said he hoped to see me again. Its this type of extra that will ensure I will be a repeat customer. I am only going to spend dollars where my patronage is valued, and it always seems to be here. Certainly worth a go if you are in the area.
Hands down the best pizza in London. I order a large 9.99 special almost weekly and love it. They load up on the toppings it's always hot and you get your pizza in about 20 mins. Some times you can catch the staff on bad days when they're not in the best mood but usually they are very friendly and laid back. I know alot of people who don't like cousin Vinny's but I have never had a bad experience before. I always order an extra side of pizza sauce to dip my crust in. omg my mouth is watering Lastly try there meatball sub. You won't be disappointed!
One person working during lunch hour rush, slice was not fresh, heated up? still cold. Too long of a wait, started talking to the delivery guy after took my slice out of the oven and let me stand there for 2 mins before he gave it to me. Second chance, might go back for a full pizza see if service is better next time.
