My second visit to Chucks - first visit was great but disappointed the second time around. We both ordered full rack of ribs. Mine came as one full rack and my friends came as 2 pieces. One part was totally burned on one side. She did complain and got a “the kitchen is very sorry”. I had 6 ribs left over and said I would take them home but was told “since they are on special we can’t allow you to take any home”. I paid for the whole rack so why could I not take them? Very disappointed with Mgr.
