Purchased a recliner couch and as they were putting the pieces together with a drill, the younger boy was over drilling! I asked if they needed help and they replied "no". After sitting on the one end for a couple of days, I heard metal scratching noises. I flipped the couch over and the screws had fallen out because they had been stripped from over drilling. Had to fix ourselves with nuts and bolts.
Just want to say how fortunate we are to have Ernies TV store here in Kingsville. We purchased a reclining loveseat yesterday . It was a great experience, friendly, informative, reasonable prices and quick delivery.
We spent around $4000 on new appliances recently. I noticed the Frigidaire stove door had separated due to a missing screw, the oven leaves spots on self clean that cannot be removed. Yes, followed the manufacturers manual. Called up Ernies, the service department informed me that they DO NOT service out of their postal code or on the other side of HWY 77. With that being said, I will NOT be recommending them nor buy anything else. So much for trying to support small business.
