Donna is a great instructor, she can modify every pose. I have always had knee pain and never thought I could do Pilates or Yoga but Donna was able to modify the poses allowing me to ease into every pose. I love your classes and your studio it's beatiful so relaxing!!
I love the studio!! It is big bright and very relaxing combined with the aromatherapy you leave feeling refershed and engerized. It was great having all the equipment provided at no extra charge. Donna is an excellent instructor definitley recommend this studio to everyone
