As a long time visitor to Kenora, I was shocked when my dog suddenly got very ill and this vet clinic told me that they were too busy to see him and I was not a client.
Be aware that if you bring your pet yo Kenora, the vet is not available.
I feel confident of the care and never pressured to make un-necessary choices. Choices are clearly outlined with possible consequences. Compassionate, professional... they know my now geriatric dog and make effort for her to see the Vet who has known her best long term. kenora veterinary clinic is just wonderful for your dog or cat. We had an emergency right before xmas, my dog needed emergency surgery and they did it right away with out a hesitation.
