Their cars have hidden issues, which you won't see during inspection or test drive. Bought a 2013 Dodge Ram from these guys. They did not provide me with the CARFAX of the vehicle. Little did I know it was because the truck was in an accident and worth shit when I went to go trade it in. Prior to purchasing the vehicle, when I took it out for a test drive it had step rails then when I went to pick it up the following week they tried telling me it never came with step rails as if I never drove it

Bought a 2011 Santa fe from them that didnt start the first day i drove it off the lot. This was due to a failed park/neutral switch which they replaced free. Then the alternator 2 weeks later (got that replaced at cost), finally a seized caliper 4 months later. Had enough. Contacted Jim - within 3 days, he gave me a straight trade for a 2009 Honda civic DX. As far as i can see the air does not work.. but its and old car and Im mobile again. Jim was accommodating and didnt brush me off.

Do yourself a favour and find another dealer. Do not buy anything from these people. Their cars have hidden issues, often times costly issues; which you won't see during inspection or test drive. They also never live up to warranty agreements and will disrespect you and tell you they're busy, then hang up on you when you call to report issues with a car a few days after buying. This is not a legitimate car dealership.

great service felt at home dealing at the facilities all was good great place to deal with I have used them in the past and I will continue to use them. and I recommend this place to all my friends and contacts. and like they say if we do not have what you want we can get it. and that is so true

Vehicles start to...

Vehicles start to fall apart the moment you drive off the lot. Customer service is atrocious the moment the deal is done. Don't EVER bring your vehicle back to have work done. Took 2 weeks to have a small dent fixed. This time the car was dropped off on a Thursday night for a Friday appointment... It is now 10 days later and no car. Dealership doesn't call to explain what the hold up is. I would never recommend. Not In a million years and absolutely regret buying a second car.

i purchased a toyota venza from Jim Perry Motors, in Kemptville. They sold me the GOLD COVERAGE CAR WARRANTY from People's Choice Warranty. THis cost 3500.00 and I was told it covered 80k km and 4 years and any work that needs to be covered on my car. Dealership said whoever sold me the vehicle told me that they couldn't stand by what the last worker sold me because they didn't work there anymore. TAKE MY ADVICE DONT GO TO A USED CAR DEALERSHIP AND DO NOT USE A THIRD PARTY WARRANTY
