Lakeland Appraisals

After reading some of the comments on here I was hesitant, but I can assure you Lakeland was very professional, friendly, and accurate with my home appraisal. I definitely recommend them and plan to use them again in the future. - Aaron

I thought I would write my review before I receive the results from my appraisal, this way there is no biased opinion. Ron was courteous and friendly. He seemed honest and fair. He took the time to explain how the process works and what the evaluation is based on. We would recommend him to anyone. Great Job and thank you Ron!

I would say the rating is appropriate. The appraisal was completed in hours, before requested finacials provided. No local comparables were shown to represent location. Even though local sales are up significantly. They were off by $115,000 from the first offer to purchase.MPAC had is right. Communication was not a consideration. They are not accountable to lowballing. I was left wondering is it professional to ineffective?

Ron H, the appraiser, caused serious problems for us buying our cottage. He issued the report three times (had to correct two errors he made in the first report). The bank approved financing until they read his (inaccurate) report, at which time the bank required an additional $25,000 down payment. He is incompetent. Find another appraiser.

Nice enough guys but the appraisal was way off the mark. Don't recommend and suggest you look elsewhere.
