    The unit where we...

    The unit where we are is always infested by roaches. We kept on contacting the bug terminator but the roaches keep on coming back no matter how you clean your place. It was also twice happened when our cars in the basement were broken. The Super is not helpful, uncaring and rude.

    this is my review

    I have been here for a bit over one year. My stay here was not good. There are plenty of cockroaches. Also, it is a very dirty place. The hallway is always dirty, and the elevator as well. The garbage shoot, is so dirty that you would need to wear gloves to open up the shoot. The garbage is not only blocking the shoot, it is on the floor as well, and it will stay there for two days, until it is cleaned. There are dogs in that building, and they bark at 2 am. If you like your quiet and if you are clean person, that building is not for you. The manager at the effort square, is a very pleasant, well mannered man, and very helpful and always willing to help his tenants.
