They really came through for us!!! Not only that they phoned us as soon as our item was ready for pick up and waited after hours for us to come and pick it up knowing it was urgent for us to have this garment. Ruined a pair of suit pants and insisted we dropped them off like that (literally put 10+ holes in them). My husband was genuinely surprised and taken aback when the person working there said we acknowledged the damage on the pants when they were dropped off because he only acknowledged a burn to the vest of the suit. Sadly, they would not refund the $6.99 even though the pants were clearly ruined. Too bad because the prices are good.
