I have been going to Yourway since we moved to the area 10 years ago. They are honest and reliable. Servicing is always fast and efficient. If you need repairs this is the place to go!! Highly recommended!!
Dishonest and unprofessional shop. Billed me for repairs that never happened. I left my Cadillac with them for power steering repairs quoted by them for free last week, when I came to pick up car from repair I was told that it was fixed so I paid their invoice and left. The minute I drove out of the shop parking lot the power steering stopped working, so I turned around went back to tell them. Was told to take take the car to Cadillac dealership and I would not get my money back. Rip off!!
The service at Yourway Auto was very disappointing. They broke parts of my car, blamed it on me, and than tried to completely overcharge me for the repairs.
They also charged me for a service that they didn't even do....that was the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of.
I would never go there again and I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone.
If I could rate them lower than 1 star, I would.
