They knocked on the door. When I heard it I was 40 feet from the door, when I got to the door the driver was already back in the truck. Normal people don't wait by the door all day especially when they have filled out the paperwork for "no signature required" and it was in the truck.
Unable to call location, waiting for my next day delivery for 5 days now. No answers
Impossible to contact actual location. Not accessiblity friendly so unable to pickup from this location but can't speak to them to make arrangements. Don't answer phone but for AI. Used to be the best. :(
A young lady was nice to help me for printing out the paper without any concerns. Thank you.
Have had issues with this company before as they say they showed up to deliver a pkg but never did as I checked with people living in our building and half dozen or so said the same thing. It seems to be that their drivers get behind and say they tried to deliver but no one answered so they can just take the parcel back. I ran my own courier co for ten years prior to retirement and would never do this to customers. Right now am waiting for 20 plus min on the line. Terrible situation. Fred
Worst service they are keeping my package hostage even thought it is a prescription!! I needed it for this weekend but I will not be able to get it this weekend when I need it. Also left me a pick up slip for a place that doesnt even accept packages anymore... I will be calling my supplier, and letting people know on other platforms how much I dislike having to deal with this company/.
I had exceptional service by Kim. I did not have my tracking numbers for returning equipment to Bell, I only knew the date and approx. window of time. She searched their system, which went back 2 months (Bell asked for proof 3 months after I sent it!!). She was innovative and searched Purolators older system and was able to get me the tracking numbers, then called me at home that evening with the information. What awesome customer service! Opposite to Bells terrible customer service!
Had to deliver a game system for repair. No issues, friendly service and overall a very positive experience for me considering I hadn't used Purolator prior to this experience.
So far my experience with Purolator has been abysmal, missed items now returned, a tracking site that rarely updates and goes offline often, drivers who leave no indication they have been there, no notifications or replies for support, I have 2 items out right now I can't track, I have no idea where they are or how to get them, I'll never buy a product shipped by Purolator again.
