Kyle was awesome and helped me through the process ensuring my order was complete….even after our chat dropped, Kyle called me back right away and we didn’t miss a step. This was one of the best online chat experiences I’ve had online shopping.
This was by far, the best shopping experience from a furniture store. Anthony (Tony) helped us right from the start. He wasn’t pushy at all, he didn’t make us feel obligated to buy. However, when we found the piece of furniture we’ve wanted for a very long time, he was extremely nice & helpful, and made the process of buying super easy!! We will definitely be back!! Great prices for beautiful furniture!
Sales and manager are good until invoice is done and solicit feedback immediately. Once sold and when you have issues and delays they neither address your issues on time nor do they do anything to keep you updated on the status of your order. They don’t even return your calls even after multiple calls to the store. The manager is always in a meeting and too busy to talk to a customer who has already paid the invoice in full!! They got your money now they don’t care what happens..!! Never buying
Amazing service!!! It was such a job to come in and not be pressured right at the door or while shopping. Just casual check in’s. Went back and purchased one new couch and love seat from Anthony! Highly recommend!
The guelph Ontario store was very nice. Sheila was our sales representative and she listened to the kind of recliner chair I was looking for and showed me the ones that were going to be one the I chose.
The Guelph store was well maintained and staff was super friendly and not pushy like most furniture stores.
My sales representative Rita, was super friendly, knowledgeable and went out of her way to help with my purchase.
I walked out of the store very pleased with the whole experience. Definitely a store I’d go back to for future purchases.
