Terrible! Great cleaning chimney, but took cracked glass from stove to get new cut, was sized incorrectly, now waiting 2 months longer, still no glass or finished repair. And will not return messages. Had been given payment upfront as well! Not impressed at all, another cold Spring night, cannot light a fire, not since February 2nd.
