Bring my German shepherd here for her nails, my dog hates getting her nails trimmed and doesn't react well , the groomer knows exactly how to handle my dog and takes her time and always does a great job ! Highly recommend passion for pets
I have 2 dogs that I have been taking there regularly for grooming. Every time I take them my dogs are returned to me looking really good after their grooming. One of my dogs is not exactly co-operative when it comes to being groomed yet the results are always great. I find the staff and owner very friendly, knowledgable and their knowledge of dog handling never ceases to amaze me. I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone.
Worst experience! When I booked she confirmed she was petclips,but when I arrived she said she wasn't part of petclips. Upon arriving I stood for 5mins while she talked on the phone to a friend & never acknowledged me. She left a dog unattended for 20mins on the groomers table. I was very specific on how I wanted my dog's face to be groomed. When I picked him up she told me she wanted to groom him differently and did so AGAINST my instruction! Appt was 1.5hrs over the time I was told!
