This is the worst building to live in, there are so many problems and it doesn’t seem to be getting better. The garage doors are constantly being fixed and currently one of them has remained open for over a week now, this is hazardous to the tenants because this means anybody at any time is able to enter the building especially with how dangerous the area is... this is crucial. This is the worst management team ever. They can not provide heat to the building and its jan 5th 2018 -20 degrees outside. They have a roach and bed bug infestation problem. They do not maintain the building. They installed windows incorrectly and all the cold air from outside comes in. The hot water is never consistent. Water comes and goes. I would recommend anyone trying to rent at this building NOT TO.
