I took 2 City Taxis on Mar 5th from the airport to hotel and back again. Both cabbies were friendly, I was offered help with my luggage and the cabs were clean. The cab picking me up from the hotel was prompt. As well, when I needed replacements for my Visa receipts, I called and was quickly forwarded to accounting. They were helpful, easily found my trip receipts and emailed them to me with no hassle. The receipts were needed for an insurance claim so this took some of the stress off.
Absolutely terrible service. Called ahead of time to book a cab for a specific time to allot enough time to make it to an event only to have them enter in the incorrect time. When I called to check how long the cab would be, they had advised of the error and it took an additional 20 minutes for a cab to arrive. Not impressed.
Oh my goodness! City Taxi is a business? I go on City Taxi website and it says they take pride for being friendly and putting customers first. I'm not making this up, it's on their website. I sent an email because of bad service I got from one of their drivers. Did I get empathy or an apology, or a follow up question? NO I did not. City Taxi Assisstant Manager NEIL SHOREY sent a simple response, "GET A LIFE YOU LOSER"
Wow, so unprofessional. Never will I ever use City Taxi. Will use UBER.
