Just what a pub called the Thirsty Cactus should be. We eat here all the time. The Chicken Fajita Salad is my favourite (I order it with a side of hot wing sauce). The smokehouse wrap is a close second, but you have to be really hungry. Reasonably healthy options for our three year old = soup with a side of rice, or kiddie pasta with raw veggies on the side.
The atmosphere is warm and comfortable and the service is always very pleasant. My three year old can be a messy handful and the staff are always great about it.
Casual, warm, good food, not pricey.
I am a regular diner at this place and already loved it. I wasn't expecting a great NEW MENU when I arrived this time. There are some fantastic new meals and all of my old favorites have not changed. I would recommend it to anyone. Great hometown place.
