Poor Customer Service

I bought a rug from here and was very dissatisfied with the quality. I specifically asked about the manufacturer and the materials used. What I was told was false. When I went back to the store I was flat out told "Too Bad, we are not responsible". I would never recommend this company. The staff are rude and they do not stand behind the cheap, low quality rugs they sell.
