My teenage daughters were looking for somewhere to stay during a snow storm..waited more than 10 mins for hotel staff to appear (look like she just got out of bed), advised the room had no heat, Given 1 extra blanket to keep warm, within 5 minutes realized they could not stay in the cold. Rather than get the lady up again at the desk they tried to call and advise they were not staying, no answer. $146.90 charged and the hotel manager realized they did not stay! When asked politely, NO REFUND.
