    i was on keil dri...

    i was on keil drive today, 11/12/2015 and the right lane was closed at this one spot. i was there at roughly 1:40pm waiting for traffic to by in the left and this cab driver was behind me. he honked and wanted me to go ahead when it wasn't safe!
