Founded in 2001, the Canadian Barista & Coffee Academy was built on a need for an academic and educational organization to help enhance the standard of the Canadian coffee industry. Our coffee-training workshops are led by the Canadian and international expert trainers and professional baristas. We provide basic training, advanced training and barista workshops year-round.
