Do not entrust your refinishing work to Paint It Like New. This company talks a good talk but does not deliver on quality refinishing. We were promised that our antique mirror would be sanded, primed and re-painted professionally. When we picked up our mirror, there were droplets, blobs, smudges, over-spraying: overall a sloppy job. When these issues were brought to the attention of the owner, she became rude and refused to listen and correct the issues. No concept of customer service at all.
Would not go back or recommend to any one. The owner/ manager Janet is very rude and unprofessional. She has no idea what customer service means. She refused to listen or understand my reason or situation for not being able to pick up my small order from her store, on time. First time customer, and I was treated like my business meant nothing for the store. Horrible customer service.
Picked up doors after 4 weeks. Was instructed to leave them leaning against a wall in my home for 3 weeks before reinstalling. Doors had dust and minor scuffs that I had to try to touch up myself. Process took too long and doors looked like they were rushed through the paint process. Would not recommend or use again.
Overpriced and disappointing, the shopkeeper pushy and demanding. We were out of town and late picking up. The last telephone message we received was curt, threatening us with a late pick up charge. We arrived the next day to find everything covered in dust. Despite using blankets we found paint stains in our vehicle. The paint hadn't properly dried between coats and lifted off the surface on points of contact. For what we paid, the customer service, the workmanship, we could have done a better job and saved ourselves the disappointment.

We have had a couple of our customers tell us about this review. There upbeat support and repeat business made me feel it unnecessary to respond, but with their encouragement decided it was time. Our customers, like these people are told when they drop off there furniture that they will need to pick up 4-5 days after final spray.This makes room in the shop for the next jobs to be completed as well as getting their own furniture home to cure. Although dry to touch, all paint needs a dry and temperature controlled environment to fully cure. All furniture is covered after 24 hours dry time and is awaiting pick-up!! I kindly thank all our wonderful customers over the last 2 and 1/2 years for their support and understanding!! Happy Holidays!!
