Worst Service Ever when NOT Busy!

For the location of this pub we expected so much and we were so disappointed! We are also the people who wait a long time before saying anything, and never complain or ask twice for anything. Our waitress was snobby and my friend asked for some extra napkins and cutlery from her 3 times! The food is expensive for what you get. Us girls ordered salmon and it was ok. One of the guys ordered the hamburger and he said it was horrible. My husband ordered the chicken fingers and he said they were pretty good. Too bad we couldn't all get forks and knives to eat it with! It would have taken her two seconds to grab us some napkins, wouldn't it? Everytime we go somewhere for dinner now (every 3 wks or so) we say we will never go back here!

Not good

Worst meal ever , i sent back twice and still couldn't get it right and the servers had no clue what to do. When i talk to the owner , he was so rude. What a wacky joint and a waste of an hour of my time.

Worst service I have ever experienced!! Staff totally disorganized. Complained to owner who didn't even bother to call me back!! Obviously customer service lacks from the top. Will never return and will continue to discourage friends and family to do the same.
