Howard did a terrible job on our 9 year old senior rescue. He chopped his hair so short leaving so many spots where you can see the skin. A terrible buzz cut that I am horrified that his hair is never going to grow again. He also trimmed his nails so short, one of them was bleeding. It had to be sanitized and wrapped with a gauze.
Overall, I think he believes he is an expert groomer; unfortunately, he is not.
I regret asking for his service and would never recommend him to family or friends.
