This store has a returns policy that has no flexibility for defective items. The owner offered no help whatsoever. I had to go on-line to the supplier. Upon looking at a pic of the item, the supplier said that it was clearly a production defect and immediately sent me a replacement. When I reached out to the owner of Echo to let her know that she could have played a role in ensuring a customer was satisfied, she replied that she was happy for me and would be happy to read my review.
