    Terrible service. They lost 2 packages of mine now worth over $2,300 and they have no idea what happened to them. Or so they claim. I find it hard to believe UPS the logistical conglomerate they are doesn't have the technology to find out where their drivers were and/or has no evidence of delivery.

    Delay, delay, delay. Now not giving any info on my package. Cant find out if they lost it. Cant get through on phone, not emailing updates. Messaged on Facebook and was told to check with tracking number but there is no info there as to when it will be delivered.It was supposed to be delivered Tues. then Wed. then Thurs.It is now Friday and there is no set date, dead end.

    Said they had attempted to deliver my package to my house twice which isnt true I had waited and watched for it. They said it was held at this location and the hours suck. Finally made it there then I was told they don’t except cash payments I was never told this beforehand so I didn’t not get my package after coming from Hagersville hauling my baby out in cold for nothing wasting time and gas...they just said “come back” they’re hours make it hard and they are only holding it for 2 more days

    i had a package from Aldo, they left a note saying we missed you, they did not even bothered to call or inform, above that their working hours are terrible, when i called they say that it cannot be delivered again and i am finding it very difficult to go and pick it up from the store. I wish I could give negative 5 star ratings

    Unable to read business name on packages or find an address accurately despite making deliveries to us for the past 1 year. 5 different businesses at this address and no one gets consistent deliveries from UPS Trying to contact customer service to correct delivery issues is a painful process.

    This company is terrible! I recieve 2 ups parcels a month for the last 3 years and all of the sudden they cant find my address. Ridiculous! No phone call nothing! I have to drive to Brantford now to pick up my parcel. This is almost as bad as Canada Post.

    What good is an address without a phone number?? I can not believe this business. i was told that my package would arrive yesterday but it did not even leave Toronto. It is now after 5:00 pm and I have been waiting all day, again, for my package. I can not contact anyone as there is no phone number and when I call the 1-800 number I get no help whatsoever. I spent 15 minutes on hold yesterday and had to hang up. I was hung up on by them and when I did get someone I could not follow them.

    I would give zero stars if it were possible . Every time I get a package through them they cannot deliver because they can’t find our address. No other delivery company has this problem. On top of that they don’t call me to let me know, they just don’t show up.

    Since moving to their new location, the service has improved. Unfortunately their hours are still horrible and inconvenient. I do not understand why there packages can not be dropped off or picked up during regular business hours, like every other major courier.
