Nurses are out of control. My mother had a bruise on her arm back in February, and they waited until April 6th to notify my father that there was a bruise. The nurses claim to be your friend but that is further from the truth. They dont take care of the guest washroom. It smells ALL the time. They claim that they are family but they are not. They also post personal private information in the room which is against the privacy laws set back in 1996. Their PSWs also seem to follow you around town.
