I am utterly exasperated - I've tried ordering a product giving my email address & password - and it continues to tell me my password is incorrect, sending a code to my email address for my usage, and it doesn't work - confusing this senior to total frustration...

Not only do they not answer the phone during business hours at least activate the answering service. I've been waiting for an item that left that facility Oct 16 and it's now Nov 2 and no one to claim to. What would you rate this service?

I am working in company more then 15 year so I have experience I know all works
