Great building! Love the management team!

Great staff, great management, great place to live.

Ive lived here for 18 yrs and its time to leave! Building has gone downhill fast! High turnover, rent goes up yearly with no upgrades.They have crazy rules about color of curtains,no holiday wreathe on door etc,but havnt changed ugly green carpets or orange tiles since ive been here!Plus we have 1 outta 3 elevators running 90% of the time. Pigeons are a huge issue!But we cant put anything on balcony to deter them.Lots of crap for u to clean and hurt your health!

I have lived in the 210 building for two/three yrs now, I have come to despise the building. We have received several notices that pest control needs to set traps in our unit - all came back empty, but because of the other people on my floor I have had to have my unit sprayed twice as a precaution - which is a HUGE inconvenience. Recently our pool was down for 3 wks, we went from 3 operational elevators to 1. If you want to pay high rent for a lack of amenities this is your building.

NOT GOOD AT ALL

There are Cock Roaches and Insects all over the place. The insects did not go after several attempts by the exterminator. The roaches came back just after a week. This building is 34 years old. Not even maintained very well. Only 1 elevator is operational. Not good for staying at all. Vacated this place and staying in another place now.
