The business is clean and staff are friendly, however the minutes expire. Its like prchasing credit and having your credit expire. I understand the price of hydro and things do go up over time, but minutes expiring within 5 months of purchase is a bit extreme. Anyway, buyer beware. They tell you this upfront, but you never think down the road what might delay you from going tanning only to later find out you lost all your minutes
I have tanned at many different tanning salons in my life. Glow tanning in binbrook is by far the best. The owners have made me feel so comfortable and welcomed.Growing up in this small town, that means alot. I would suggest this salon to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a friendly staff.
The worst service ever I did receive, sisters owner promoted the new stand up or Premium package, I tried it I like it and I did request it, and bought some lotion and I said after using it, to I will buy that one I tried, came after 2 days and her brother was there I said I try this one(Premium) I paid for it.
