no response to calls or letters - now in third year of waiting for simple estate settlement after mother's death - assistant very rude on phone - none of papers can even spell deceased legal name correctly and in fact stated she died 10 yrs before she was born - due to protracted non compliance have reported this lawyer to Law Society of Upper Canada
I highly recommend to go to a different law office.
We didn't have all the paperwork ready the day of the sign off, since the assistant didn't ask all the questions needed, we could have over spent 2,000 as new home owner... in addition to this, we signed on May 18th this year and STILL we don't have our reports from our purchase or any of our mortgage, home documents. I called them and they say they are very busy... I would truly NOT RECOMMEND this law office
