Horrible customer service. Long wait every time.

Lady on the phone is very rude! ! Been waiting 2 hours still nothing! Get more drivers! This is ridiculous

Rude dispatcher. Rude drivers. Took too long no empathy or apology.

when a driver tells me to fuck off that kind of over the line. All they were asked to do was go to a different door. Witch they mess up all the time. Not a big deal I normally keep an ear out and send them all to the right door even when there dispatch cant. Normally driver are super nice about. This one was rude & disrespectful. Called there dispatch thinking its just a new driver but the dispatch refused to do anything about my extra wait or her driver attitude. They don't value any customer!!

The OLD GUY who takes the calls is EXTREMELY RUDEEE AND LIKES TO YELL AND SCREAM AT YOU.. took over 2 hours and still have not received my order! I called and canceled! If you want a great delivery service.. call “Quinte delivery “ I called them and had my order here within half hr! (AVOID INTER-CITY)

Great service with debit on delivery

I called and asked for food to be delivered and to pay by debit. .. I was advised that it would be about an hour but it actually came in less than 20 minutes. Great service and will definitely use them again!

The one dispatch can be rude, no apology on waiting over an hour for my food order. Drivers are awesome and friendly.

Rating as average ONLY because of the nice Male who takes calls, I absolutely HATE getting the women who doesn't slow the heck down to LISTEN TO SOMEONE I AM ORDERING MY FOOD PAY THE HECK ATTENTION. Why does she still have her job?! Everyone hates calling in to her! I am ever so joyed when the Male takes my order as he LISTENS, AND MAKES SURE ITS CORRECT. I couldn't even say what I wanted without her interrupting me! Very annoying!

Never had an issue. Unsure what the gripers are bitching about.
